Mixology Team
Kobe Feeley
I have been in the industry for about 7 years now, it started out as just a way to make money and somewhere along the way it became an outlet for my creativity. Growing up in a house where my mom’s love language is food and my sister is a passionate baker, creating food with passion and love runs in the family. I enjoy working with flavor profiles to elevate the customers experience, and getting to see a smile from the shaking or stirring of a special drink to pouring it into the glass and hearing their reaction after they take a sip. Behind the bar I found my passion.
Cassie Elizalde
I’m from the Central Coast of California. I’ve been working in the restaurant industry for 10 years, both back of house and front of house. I’ve always had a passion for food and as I gained more experience I geared my knowledge of the culinary arts into creating fun and innovative cocktails, while also continuing to learn everything that this craft has to offer.
Austin Sanderson
My name is Austin Sanderson, I’ve been in the industry since I was 16. A brief stint in culinary paired with 19 years behind the stick. Worked in several types of bars across a few states. These experiences cultivated a passion to design and construct fun and interesting beverages for guests to enjoy.

The Restaurant Industry has been my whole life since I was 14. I started serving when I was 17 and got thrown into the bar scene the day after my 21 st birthday. I never really found my passion till 22-23ish years old when I started going from a normal typical bartender to the more craft mixology side of things. It kind of makes it fun and exciting because there are endless possibilities to get that “WOW” factor from guest that make them fully interested in the craft side of mixology.
